The beginning of the service was rather informative as a bot generically answered my questions. But a human assistant had replaced the bot as I needed my specific answers. I am sad to report that I am not completely happy with Big Rock as I was prevented from getting to get access to the features of the PREMIUM pack in 2021 and was informed that I was not eligible for refund.

Rates are comparable to others like GoDaddy. But the biggest reason I went with Big Rock was their integrated website builder. It's easy to use and I was able to craft a multipage website for my Gallery in days. Where as before in other software, I did not ever create a full website, always quit because they were not right for me. I'm a fairly technical person, too. Maybe it too for me to retire before I could devote the time for website building.

The service/support has been insanely frustrating and difficult. It's been 4 weeks and they cannot migrate my website. It would take me days to try and summarize the frustration with speaking with support literally every day, for 4 weeks to try and sort things out. I have provided FTP access, GCP access, Wordpress access, iPage dashboard access, sent files, included database, and been on email and chat with support every day for 4 weeks (for hours at a time). Response: Yes, support requested SSH keys (which is insane to ask for from a novice user, given the average person does not understand these things & I've given support full GCP access). I went ahead and provided the SSH key to support and they failed, again! I then had to pay someone to get the files and database for me (a cost I shouldn't have incurred) and support failed at that, AGAIN! They then asked me to provide the files in a compressed format, so I took the time and effort to compress them and reload them to Dropbox. I am assuming they will fail, AGAIN!Another update: Big Rock finally got the website up but 52GB of files was taking up 333GB of my space. Support told me to delete all of the files and have them start over (I should have known this was a terrible idea). They started over and 3 days later, told me that the files (which were used for the exact same upload that worked perfectly, 24 hours prior), we're corrupt and they couldn't make it work. Now my website is down again and we're going on 5 weeks of Big Rock failing to get a single website working. It's clear that they're just messing with me at this point. I've never encountered a company this terrible at anything.

I've been using Big Rock services lately and I just have to say thank you, in addition to a robust and technological structure, Big Rock doesn't fail in anything, I opened support for something complex at 00:00 and the next day in the early afternoon everything was already resolved
