I appreciated Kodee's help as we worked to narrow down the root cause of the problem. It required a lot of back and forth, trying one thing and then another, and Kodee was patient throughout. We knew that the problem was likely not on Big Rock, and Kodee could have easily sent me on my way and directed me to my service provider etc., but he didn't. Stayed with me until the end.

Simple, reasonable price to get started. I grab a promotional deal for the most years possible. Prices jump, arguably significantly, upon expiration of the promotional term. Some may hate that model, but it works for me. After my promotional term is up, I consider if the site can bear the cost increase, and act accordingly.That allows me to try new ideas at a reasonable cost, and if the idea did not work, cancel and try again with something else. Uptime is great and interface is quick. I am a repeat customer.

So we all do it. Sign up for a service or subscription, then when you no longer need it, forget to cancel it. We'll not only was Big Rock the best server hosting service I've used, and will continue to use, but when asking to cancel my current subscription and requesting a refund for the month I just paid accidentally, I had the most polite and helpful representative I've worked with. Everything was fast with no issues at all.
