If this rating was for customer service, it'd be 5/5 stars. 30th December, I reach out for help and right away Kodee replied and kept an email thread with me until my problem was solved 30 minutes later. Kodee sent me the right links and was so, impressively quick to get back to me each time! Giving this platform 4 stars as I found the website creation navigation side a bit less user friendly.

I had an issue with my website, which is hosted at Big Rock. And I contacted the support via live chat. They replied very quickly and could help immediately. The problem was resolved within less than 30 minutes, which is really great. Also the conversation was very friendly and instructions were easy to follow.
