While migrating my website and domains to Big Rock, their customer service via chat was excellent and the links provided to effect the transfers were to the point and made the switch effortless.

The Support Person (Benediktas) was quick to understand my concern and offered matching solutions.

Kodee was very patient and non-judgmental with my difficulty understanding the technical jargon regarding the migrating steps to bring my website from another site. I learn differently the word is divergent. Kodee broke the technical steps down, like the saying, " How do you eat an elephant? One bit at a time." (No animals were harmed during this process, lol!) I followed the steps and am now waiting to find out if the beginning step worked. I feel confident it did. Kodee actively listened to my goals and addressed issues and concerns- Thanks and Happy New Year!

The service itself is fine, but beware many services they offer are non-refundable and may cause an issue as they will take money from your account automatically.I am leaving a 2 star Review because of their bad refund policies.

My competitors are exploiting Big Rock's reporting system to file false claims demanding changes to my website. Although I notified Big Rock about the false reports, they did not care and threatened to delete my website if i did not comply.The numerous requests over the years have altered my website beyond recognition.Who needs viruses or trojan horses when there "abuse" email grants any request from intruders without evidence?

I got fed up with two of the services I was using for hosting and domain renewal since they kept significantly raising their prices without commensurate improvements. I think they were relying on reluctance to change based on time, labour and learning to retain subscribers. Big Rock offered similar for much less. I was concerned about service quality and reliability but decided to give them a try. It worked out great. The switch was easy and Big Rock is as good as the others. The interface was similar and now I have only one to deal with instead of two. A few issues with mail were reasonably simple to work around and resolve. Two years on Big Rock and the savings are definitely worthwhile.
