I'm a novice. I've never built a website before. Big Rock made it affordable and their site builder is so easy to use. I wrote my own copy and only used the AI assistant a couple of times to find photos but it was super helpful in answering my questions and telling me how to get things done. Great experience all around.

I can't really talk about Big Rock because I have only just begun and am still getting used to the difference between hPanel and cPanel. But the Chat AI assistant, Kodee, is fabulous.
