Working with Big Rock and Jerome has been a delight. Usually, the solutions are simple and elegant, and the team has had patience with me as I stumble taking their simple instructions. For the most part I find Big Rock to be intuitive. Sometimes, I just need a little nudge, which they have been willing to supply. Even late on a Saturday night and early on a Sunday morning. Excellent service team.

Big Rock has shown me to have some of the best customer service available today. True, in a chat you will likely be talking to an Ai agent first. However... the Ai agents they have are really quite good, having been able to solve all my previous matters for me. And.. you can just as easily get ahold of a real person when it's needed by request, as I did recently. Very fast and intelligent customer service experience.

I paid for an annual subscription to Business wordpress the price of which was $97.09 a year later in December 2024 I found in my bank statement a charge of $143.88 so Big Rock raised the price by $47 more but I have not received any notification of the change in price or my express consent. Support refused to cancel the subscription, it's more like a soft scam to take more money legally. I will contact the bank for a chargeback. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Stay away. Giving "free trial" but setting up Auto-Renewal without letting you know. Been charging me 150GBP/year for 2 years. Declined a refund. Mickael
