I purchased a Google Workspace account from Big Rock on 3rd December 2024 and have been unable to log in since. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, the issue remains unresolved. The support team has repeatedly provided the same ineffective solutions without properly reviewing the previous case history, demonstrating a clear lack of coordination and accountability. Furthermore, my repeated requests for a callback have been completely ignored, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a service provider of their stature. I demand an immediate resolution to this matter or cancellation of the Google Workspace account with a full refund of the amount paid. Failure to respond promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter to higher authorities and consumer grievance platforms.

I’ve been a loyal Big Rock customer for over 6 years, but my recent experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.Six months before my hosting plan was set to expire, I was informed by Big Rock’s support team that my storage was full and I couldn’t add more data. They strongly pushed me to upgrade to their Cloud Startup Plan, promising more storage and better performance. Despite the high cost, I trusted their advice and purchased the plan, scraping together over $300 through loans and help from friends and family.What did I get in return? A mere 1 GB of email storage, instead of the 10 GB or more they had promised at the time of the upgrade. This was especially frustrating because my primary goal was to improve my email marketing efforts without my emails ending up in spam folders.After countless interactions with their support team (Ticket ID: #182234), I was told that due to "service updates," they could no longer provide the promised storage. Instead, they suggested I pay additional charges to get more storage. This is not just misleading—it’s outright deceptive.Big Rock’s lack of transparency, broken promises, and poor customer service have caused me immense stress. I trusted them with my hard-earned money, and they completely let me down.If you’re considering Big Rock, think twice. Their promises mean nothing, and you might find yourself spending more money for services they fail to deliver.
