A Cautionary TaleMy experience with Big Rock has been nothing short of a disaster, and I feel compelled to warn others about this company’s unprofessional practices.First, their email hosting service is fundamentally flawed. Big Rock claims to send clients "critical updates" via email, yet their system doesn't even work. I never received these notifications, resulting in the loss of valuable work emails—an outcome that was both frustrating and detrimental to my business.When I reached out for support, it took weeks to get a response. Their eventual conclusion? All my emails were permanently lost. No accountability, no real solutions—just a generic apology that did nothing to mitigate the damage.The final straw came when I decided to end my web hosting with them. I informed them of my decision a full week before my renewal date, yet they completely ignored it. To my shock, they charged me for an entire year of hosting that I was not using. Despite months of attempts to claim a refund, I got nowhere. After three months of back-and-forth, I finally gave up.In my opinion, Big Rock operates more like a company that preys on unsuspecting customers than one with any real commitment to principles or reputation. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service is appalling.If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid Big Rock at all costs. There are far better hosting providers out there—ones that will respect their customers and honor their commitments.
