If I could give this company a zero, I would. I started trying to set up a domain three days ago but kept getting refused because the word "bank" is in my last name. As a result, the company flagged my account. After sending three different documents to prove that "bank" is indeed my last name, it seemed to be okay. However, they flagged it again and canceled my account. Meanwhile, they charged my credit card, which ended up getting locked. I'm still waiting for several refunds to come through. It's been an extremely frustrating experience, and it’s clear that the company is unable to resolve the issue. I will move on to a company that wants to work with me.

I am farily new to using Big Rock and had a concern about a URL review that Big Rock was doing on my newly purchased domain. Tier 1 support basically told me to continue to wait for an undefined amount of time to get my domain usage approved. Ultimately, I worked with a Support person named Widy. She stuck with me for an extended period of time and worked in the background until she freed up my usage of the domain. Twice now, I have experienced that Big Rock empowers their Support staff to stick with you and bring your concern to complete resolution. The support staff attitude of customer resolution (instead of merely closing support tickets) is MUCH appreciated by me.
