Super easy to setup a website even for someone who has ZERO experience making a website. The AI features were extremely useful. And when things got technical with my email functionality, Myla was able to completely solve my problems! She was super helpful. I wish I would've talked to her first instead of spending an hour and a half reading through service steps and forums.

you did great. thanks. between your help and a couple prods around opencart i was able to solve the problem and also solve another problem with the form. i am a bit surprised that there is an inability to directly link a 3rd party email via Big Rock to the opencart like their documentation stated, but by creating a forward from the (redacted) email address i was able to resolve the issue along with your suggested domain changes.

TERRIBLE! Got cheated, after so many years of being their customer!First, Big Rock charged me TWICE for a yearly domain payment, then, they decided to keep the second amount, for next payments they said!When I complaint to the bank, they refunded one payment, BUT they kept the other payment and cancelled my account! And now, after paying for over 7 years, my website has been cancelled. Well, they will loose customers like this, a host needs to be reliable, specially when it comes to payment issues and refunding your money properly. They can't just keep your money and cancel your service! Terrible, I don't recomend it at all!Now they have sent me a repayment link and they have raised the bill 12 dollars extra just because they can…I have no words…maybe just….Move on to another host!

We’ve been loyal Big Rock customers for two years, running a shop selling Bitcoin-related items. Without any warning or prior notice, Big Rock suspended both our domain and webspace, accusing us of fraudulent activity. These accusations are baseless and unfounded, with no evidence provided. They didn’t even specify the issue—just a vague, blanket claim of fraud.This unjustified suspension has caused major disruption to our business. We can’t process orders, respond to customer inquiries, or access our data in any way. Despite providing all requested documents, we’ve received no response in over 48 hours. To make matters worse, we can’t even move to another hosting provider because Big Rock is holding our database, website, and domain hostage.While Bitcoin innovation is celebrated in the US, the EU seems to penalize crypto businesses simply for existing. If you value reliability and professionalism, stay far away from Big Rock. Their lack of transparency, customer support, and respect for their clients is utterly unacceptable.Update 06.01.2025:Support initially claimed the suspension was due to fraud, and now you're saying it's because of GDPR abuse. Yet, we still haven’t received any explanation of what specific “abuse” we’re being accused of. It sounds just like made up reasons to suspend a Bitcoin business.The lack of transparency and customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Reviewing three documents has now taken over 72 hours, which is unacceptable. The incompetence displayed by the support staff involved is staggering, and this mishandling is causing our business to suffer losses of thousands of euros per day.This matter is clearly not being handled with the urgency and priority it demands. As a result, we have engaged legal assistance as of today to evaluate potential steps for seeking compensation.

A couple of days ago a long standing problem was resolved by an outstanding employee named Asyifa. She was dynamite! If I would have had her in the first place, it would not have taken all these months to get it solved. Sometimes you just feel a connection, and you know, this is the time its going to work. First of all you got someone who speaks and understands English. And slang English. I'm just saying what everyone else won't, and I'm trying not to hurt feelings in the process. She's really good. You have to keep her. Everyone who she has helped knows exactly what I'm talking about... I hope Big Rock does too.

I contacted this company on 18th Dec 2024 as they were hosting a scam website that was taking large sums of money from the general public for home appliances. I was advised to report via their abuse proceedure, but they wouldn't take the site down or suspend without tons of evidence from me, which was already out there on multiple review sites. Hundreds more people over christmas bought more items they never received, very irresponsible hosting company to allow this to continue.I note now (10th January 2025) that my anti virus package is suspect of this scam website and will not allow me to connect. I hope this is the case for many other people attempting to buy goods from lifestylehomeapplicances.com UPDATE 18th Jan 2025The site is still up and running and many other domain names have been purchased by these scammers which link to this sitelifestyle appliances yorkshire ltd.co.ukbuy home appliances.co.ukhome appliance warehouse.co.uk.Look at all the reviews on trust pilot dated in the last wek for lifestylehomeapplianes.com. I tried to stop poor innocent people buying christmas presents and being scammed, but you wouldn't listen.I have now reported this to a well known consumer clinic run by the BBC
