Big Rock is the best 2025 world's Migration platform from WP .com to WP . org. It has been a thrill from day one. They speak English or French regardless. Don't know if it's human or AI. When this is strongly supported by AI - be sure it is truly well designed by humans - for us! Their email support rocks big time! It was actually too fast for me to keep up haha!

I really liked them in the beginning. Easy to use and inexpensive. Then, stuff stopped working. Big Rock Support is absoultely awful - and that's being kind. Their techs get into the problem about halfway and then start all over again at square one, then transfer you to another tech. I am done with them. Good luck.

I had a problem with my website not loading properly on all but one computer at my location. The absolute beauty of the experience was the contrast with the initial chatbot by comparison to finally getting a human to talk to. Yusril was extremely competent, asked relevant questions and solved the problem by fixing a misplaced url in a database. He solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I then asked him a newbie question about adding pages to my website and he responded graciously to that other issue. I can now see the new page that I added.Using the chatbot to get evaluations of service I think works ok. Using the chatbot to try to give service is an utter failure. Don't kid yourselves - give us humans to solve our problems, not a nitwit correlation engine.
