It's easy to set up a new web page, and any corrections you have to make to the pages are very simple to do with easy-to-follow instructions. The pricing for membership is very fair, and if you need a domain name, you have a lot to choose from. And that pricing is excellent also.

I Talked to cusomer service person name Alexis I needed very easy help because it was emergency that I needed. he made me submit personal info and cc and everything just to tell me thanks , our team will review it and it can take couple days .. he even started texting me something completly off and told me later " ignore this, this is not for you"

Outstanding service! Based on a recommendation from a fellow wordpress website developer, I researched Big Rock, read the plans, read the reviews and decided to set up an account with a request to move my Wordpress site. The account was seamlessly opened, including a request to migrate a Wordpress site with over 1300 active posts, 30,000+ images and almost 2 dozen plug ins. Keep in mind, this website has been online since 1996 so there was a lot of content. My New account was set up instantly and a space for my website was allocated for, but I didn't see any confirmation about Big Rock moving my website. So I inquired using their chat help bot and wasn't so sure what was going on, but to my surprise and amazement, my entire site, dB, plug ins, images, posts, pages, menus were migrated to my new host overnight. I maybe missed and hour of continuity in the transfer. It was seamless and very impressive. I updated my nameservers for my domain and was fully live within hours. There was one issue with my Media directory, but that issue was fixed within 20 minutes of using the online support chat tool. I highly recommend Big Rock for your website hosting needs.

I also appreciate that her responses were straight to the point and not robotic. A lot of times in other businesses the customer rep types way too much unnecessary things, such as "thank you so much for letting me know what you're concern is. i deeply apologize that you are having that problem. .Rest assure that I will try my best to make sure we fix your issues to show appreciation for COMPANY ABC .." blah blah blaH. i hate that, but with Michelle, she was quick in helping me find solutions which is the best thing! It is a gift that she is able to provide great customer service, she is fast in her delivery, but she did not make me feel rushed. VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY NICE! ( BUT I DO HAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR Big Rock...Big Rock only..not michelle. i think it is silly Big Rock charges $9.99 to transfer domains to Big Rock, it's a basic feature that LITERALLY EVERYONE ELSE HAS FOR FREE, if i would have known in advance you guys do this, i wouldve gone with Bluehost...that's right I said it...BLUEHOST) luckily you guys have people like Michelle that make this a better experience. Do better Big Rock! Michelle keep up the great work!

I had a problem with the email accounts on my hosting plan. I initially explained the problem to the chat bot and then it was deemed necessary to have a human join the conversation. The person (Jerome) helped me and guided me step by step - the problem was resolved very quickly (there were some things that required action from both my side and theirs).The whole experience took about 10-15 minutes and the support was very helpful and fast for which I thank them very much!
