Widy is a boss! I was on Big Rock and the first guy I got was good at showing you how to do things, but when a ton of complications came up, he transferred me to the TECH GENIUS named Widy!!! She was F’ing AMAZING! I sent her a screenshot of the errors I kept getting because my case was a complex one. I had an expired domain from another company that I needed replaced with the new domain I bought on Big Rock. It was supposed to be an easy feat just copying the site, but with all the error messages it was too much for me to handle. She immediately took over and went into my account and worked her magic, She would pop up every now and then to thank me for my patience and let me know she was working. She literally fixed everything for me that by the time she was done, my new domain finally was on my old website. Before I was transferred to Widy, I thought I was going to lose my old website but she’s a tech guru that handled it like a boss!!! Big Rock can we just ask for Widy lol!

I had a VPS account for five years, never really used it for anything production, mostly development and testing. We started bringing online some production resources for our business, a CRM, a webmail, a customer portal, a live web site. A month later, without warning, They shut whole thing down and falsely called it "phishing" and continue to hold the months of development data hostage. There is no support, just an automated AI chat bot. I provided documentation about the business registration, IRS FEIN, banking, merchant processing for the business, ID, etc. I lost months of development work, had to have all that rewritten. I would never use this provider for anything serious, you will lose your data and hard work.

Big Rock was extremely responsive to troubleshooting an issue I had with migrating my website from a local environment to my hosted live site. Kodee responded within minutes of my email with suggestions to try. When I followed up on another issue with the migration, Kodee again responded within minutes to resolve the issue promptly. I'm very appreciate of the support at Big Rock!
