The company’s help team is great, very helpful and responsive once you get through to them directly. You have to navigate their AI chat bot first, which although one of the best I’ve experienced recently is still not able to help with fairly basic requests. It’s early days with Big Rock but so far so good, and the value for money is excellent.

They apparently have a hidden practice to force you to upgrade. Somehow your inode usage (something I never heard of before and never had problems with before) gets over the limit in a week or two, and not only you are not informed about it by e-mail, they suddenly block your website and even the access to your file manager on hpanel, and the only ways they suggest to fix it is to upgrade the plan (for 12 months minimum) or to use the constantly failing SSH method (that I also never had to use before). I read in other places on Internet that it's a common problem and apparently a deliberate deceptive practice.
