Among of many support team and technician that i had been experienced before, as a customer i had found a quite much good technician in my point of view of considering problem, polite language and straightforward to the main problem. i had just fall in trouble during work. in the hpanel suddenly i couldnot access to filemanager and phpmyadmin area it shows the error that server took so long. i stuck right there. i tried to findout what's the issue is? i did googling and chat to kodie(AI) by Big Rock there is no solution. i change the router, clear cache, restart browser, change browser and device as well so far so on i keep going with same issue. finally i went to the online chat service and i ask ai to find support team. ai suggest ARIE as my support. he asked the question for help, and request the screenshot of my hpanel problem. and done, within 15 sec. he replied that the problem is fixed you may access on your filemanager, and the amazing part is that he let me know the further issue that would probably happen, and he let me know the few step of solution too. finally after 5 minute i went to online again. i would recommend that in my case he is best, fast and to the point with out so much time waist. thanx arie and support team Big Rock. have a nice day
