Awesome support! Coming from a hosting provider that i was with for more than 15 years, i was afraid of the migration and hassles. However the assurance of Big Rock Success Team awe me from the day i sign up with Big Rock. Multiple challenges experienced but they were solved one by one and are extremely patience. Many a time, despite not within their scope (due to other plugins or services), they are willing to go the extra mile to help narrow down potential, related or non related issues, to help with the troubleshooting. Definitely the kind of UX and CS that i am looking at, and not my old provider which don't offer immediate chat and take hours to get back on one issue. I can see myself staying with Big Rock for long time to come!
