Resolving SSL IssuesThe staff was very helpful in identifying the problem with the SSL certificate. The Domain would not forward correctly to a new https:// website in Chrome. It worked fine in FireFox. We had to setup a new dummy website and put a redirection in the index.html file.

Having personally never built/designed or created a website/landing page before. hostinger really does make it easy. Super easy to use and effective user interface. It really does make making the initial and subsequent changes to your website really easy. Monica from the team really helped me out immensely and a wish to again just genuinely thank her.

I've been using hostinger for a while now. And for the most part it's been good. But recently I wanted to add a single email box to my account and it turned into a looping nightmare. In the end. Adding a single email box to my account, was going to cost me more than I was paying for the entire hosting. Their pricing system is very confusing and difficult to move through. And in some cases a little misleading. That's not the kind of business I was to deal with.

They don't provide Windows based VPS. This is very important and should be clearly listed in the selections BEFORE purchase, because trying to get a refund is NOT easy on their site.

Today I had to talk to a friendly and professional Customer Success Specialist (Brisa) and received quick and detailed help to fix my issue. So far, so good hostinger!

hostinger's customer service is excellent! Their customer service provider was very patient in answering all my questions and helpful in walking me through the steps I needed to make for the changes I needed. When the person helping me was at the end of his shift, he let me know in advance and handed me off to his colleague, who was also very helpful and friendly. The overall experience I had was wonderful - very different from the customer service I received from my previous Web Hosting provider.
