hostinger is easy to use to configure the website as you want. It has an AI that is intelligent enough to get most things done without needing to do a lot of deep diving into manuals. There's only one thing that I was trying to do that the AI couldn't help with, and it realized that after just a few questions and connected me with a live person via chat. It turned out it was a feature that wasn't available, but should be. It looks like it may have been deprecated or just inadvertently left off a previous update. Other than that one minor issue it's a well thought out web management tool with lots of helpful suggestions on how to make and publish your website, and how to make it easier for search engines to find you.

I recently had to contact hostinger with an error that had occurred on my website. After chatting with the chat bot and following all instructions I was then put in touch with Deividas from hostinger and I explained my issue. Deividas was so helpful and as I was a computer novice he helped me carry out all the necessary checks before coming to the conclusion that it was an error and that he would instruct engineers to look into the problem. Deividas was also kind enough to explain a temporary measure that I could put in place until the problem was fixed. Today the issue was fixed by engineers and I had an email to confirm this. I am over the moon at the customer service and have just renewed my website for another 12 months as the level of service received from hostinger has been amazing. For anyone looking to build a website themselves for a very reasonable price, I would highly recommend hostinger, their step by step instructions and information to hand is excellent and if I can build a website from scratch then anyone can!
