What made my experience great was the wealth of knowledge that Emily had. I had an issue where the language surrounding the issue was beyond my level of expertise. When it comes to technology and understanding the more complex language, it's not easy for everyone to understand. I asked Emily to explain things to me in layman's terms and she did just that! It was very quick and painless.

I have just joined but so far I am loving the hpanel. Clean and user friendly UI. The platform is also fast, I can already see good performance level of my site. There are lot of back end stuff that in other hosting site, you will have to do to get your site health at a good level but here I see ready made platform.

My experience today with Maria was excellent, she was very rpoactive and willing to help without me asking for thisngs, she just asked me one question and went the extramile since she i guess noticed that i had 0 knowledge about what i had to do! she sent me the steps in a picture and was very easy, other people sends the steps on what to do, but MAria was the extra mile! im so happy i hope i can ask for her assistance next time :)

I moved my site to hostinger because of the reviews and price. I had a lot of trouble getting my site going, but with human help did get it up and running. Then got some error messages and again it took human help to get it resolved. Once I got to a real person, all help has been good.
