Setting up the online payment gateway wasn't available for me, they asked me to upgrade. Isn't this a basic thing that should be mandatory no matter which plan I purchased?Then they also didn't give the full refund, deducted 435 for domain. I asked to deactivate it, but they said if they do I won't be able to get the refund for it, how is this fair?Now if I setup the website somewhere else, I'll have to go back and forth for the domain instead of just setting it up in the new platform.They need to upgrade.

Good website speeds and amazing support

Going into to this, I was heavily stress from my average everyday workload, and I am right now in the works of using hostinger as a cheap way to create and host my own website. I bought and already license a few products on a website but it had the WRONG Domain Name. I misspelt it and at first copy and redoing your hostinger plan sounded so difficult to me, but Faniel and Tandi two hostingers Agents helped me a BUNCH, and got everything to work in about 30ish minutes. Most of the time, I was confuse in lost but they made it easy to understand helping me solve this problem. Definetly with share and use hostinger in the future. I only had it for no joke like 3 hours now, but super graceful on how easy it was to get a agent, and solve what I would consider a MAJOR problem that could of cause huge issues in the future if it wasn't fixed right away.
