I have never experience any issues since my subscription with hostinger and I will always be with them

The hosting experience was good.As a beginner, it was easy to use the hostinger platform and creat my first website. Unfortunately, the renewal fees are to high (over budget) and Need to find cheaper.

I transferred all my domains and migrated three WP websites to hostinger last year and it was the worst mistake of my life! The process was anything but automated or user friendly and I ended up with multiple errors, including JS and AJAX.PHP errors, which have persisted. The help-bot 'Emily' is useless and my last attempt was aborted after 15 minutes without a response. In conclusion, I am losing business directly due to the site errors, which effect my theme and my enquiry forms and despite requests for the php error logs from hostinger, no help has arrived. I will be moving my 7 domains and 3 websites as soon as I can afford to. I do not recommend hostinger.

I have never seen a customer service department refuse to listen to a customer like hostingers customer service. After twenty (20!!!!) emails back and forth, they finally did what I asked them to do to migrate my site. Then, when I checked the work, the site was messed up and plugins were missing (for instance, the All-In-One backup plugin, the one I used to send over). Many products were distorted. I ended up re-installing the backup that I originally had and that seems to do the trick. I will be paying close attention to the clock to cancel. I do note that when you type in hostinger Reviews into Google, they come up first, and present only good reviews.

My database locked up while uploading a .ods file using phpMyAdmin. After several unsuccessful corrective attempts I contacted support. I voiced my concerns using the support chat. Within minutes all was well.

They helped me with my doubts and solved my problems that I didn't know how to get a resolution, and Rafael helped it to be in an easy way. So i'm happy with the experience I had.

I recently moved 2 Domains including a website and mailboxes to hostinger. There was nothing really wrong with my existing provider, I thought, however their costs were getting high and everything was an 'addon'. I had a couple of issues with them but support dealt with, however I started to look for an alternative.The deal I got with hostinger was very attractive and, after a few weeks deliberating, and renewal looming, I decided to take the plunge.It's scary moving a website and email but I need not have worried, after initiating the transfer and verifying it with existing provider it was migrated within the hour.The extra functionality, the visibility of what I have and what I am using, the tutorials and support when I needed some advice at the start was outstanding. I couldn't be happier.As an IT person, although not hands on for many years, I find the dashboard and controls exactly as I would want them so far it's been a great experience. I should have done this a long time ago.
