The help desk accessed via a chat box was very good. They asked about the problem and asked me to send screenshots so they could see the problem in more detail. Then they suggested a solution which worked.

Great service. Live agent helped me with new domain redirect on Saturday evening. Easy to use. The only thing I couldn't get fix is google tags that slows performance up to 40% of the website when linked internally. I decided to remove tags to have 90-98 performance on mobile version.

It is a great pity that Cloud Hosting from hostinger is limited by the number of files (inodes): I find this as something unprofessional. :(

I did not suffer from any problems with the servers, whether in transferring information or in the number of requests that the server receives. The best thing about hostinger is the support team that is available 24 hours a day.

Today i had an issue with subdomain and website redirection. I created the subdomain but when I tried to install WordPress on it, it was being installed on my main domain, and the subdomain wasn’t even opening. With Miss Hayu's help, I was able to fix the problem. Her assistance proved to be really helpful, and she answered all my questions clearly, for which I am truly grateful.

This company has made everything that's normally complicated so simple and easy. I finally have control of my technology and they've been there assisting through it with excellent communication, help, and support.
