hostinger have really improved their backend tools and control panels recently. I have worked in graphic & web design for a long time, so don't often need help - but when you do run into a problem hostinger always have your back! I couldn't get a large content upload to work for a WordPress site. Kodee patiently helped me with PHP configuration settings until we eventually solved it. Highly recommended.

I was a little pissed off at hostinger because they upsold me to a cloud hosting plan but did not move my sites over to the new plan properly. Associate was knowledgeable and courteous, and pointed me to the help I needed.My only complaint was in the time it took between communications. That seemed like it could have been shorter. I also had to wait quite a while when I had one associate hand me off to another. I'm guessing this probably was due to associates helping multiple users at once.
