First off, the hostinger user interface is very good and makes it relatively easy to navigate for anyone with even a little experience working with web hosting portals. If you do have questions, the tech support staff (via chat) was among the best I've ever worked with. I'm usually happy to deal with technicians that don't automatically go to a script. I sent two questions sent via the chat interface, and the responses were immediate, detailed and fixed the problems. I highly recommend this hosting company!
