To be honest when I first contacted support I wasn't sure they would fix the problem but it turns out I was wrong. The problem was solved in less than an hour even though it was a bit complicated and I'm happy I chose hostinger.

Their first line of support is their support bot. It works fairly well, but I got stuck in a loop where it kept giving me the same answers. I then asked to speak with a live representative. The bot did not argue or try to redirect. I was sent to a live person who got my question answered in just a few moments. I only got mildly annoyed with the bot when I could not get my question answered right away, but the response from the support representative evaporated that frustration.Let me put it this way, the bot worked well enough that I would be willing to try it first before reaching out to the support person if I have a problem again.Bots are necessary to give timely support, but the combination of the bot and the support person worked well.
