Catalina was very helpful and knowledable. She had a lot of patience dealing with this old man. All this tech is still a mystery to me so I learn something new every day. I would prefer to talk to support on the phone but that's not the way you do it so I guess I have to get used to that.

I use them to register some of my domains. It get's job done, however, their UI sometimes is moving slow.I will use them even more if they will have an API to register/manage domains.

I moved my first domain to hostinger in Feb 2025 on the advice of a colleague. It has been a positive experience compared to my previous domain registrar and hosting service (a major company). I have had 100% uptime and good support for my questions.I moved my 2nd domain to hostinger in April 2025 as a result of the positive experiences. The effort to move the 2nd domain was higher, and the hostinger support team really helped alot in making it happen with no downtime. I'm a fan of this company as you can tell. No, I'm not affiliated with them or being compensated, just a happy customer.

Not good hosting services at all. Update php version not working correctly with many plugins like Alidroship woo. They have downgraded my php version without my permission. Every day I was faced problems with several things and their customer support are not very good and most of them tried to avoid critical problems by saying things which is not valid any expert will understand. Websites speed is slow. When I changed hosting I was asked for refund for rest 8 months but they refused to refund as their policy only need to claim within 30 day where I used there service 4 months after paid for 12 months. Worse hosting service.
