Wait time to speak with someone about my issue was actually less than stated by the company. That was awesome. They were able to resolve my issue on the first attempt, rather than me having to call repeatedly about the same issue. So far I have had a good experience with this company.

I reached out through their chat service. I was told that they would respond in less than 10 minutes. They responded within 8 minutes. I presented my inquiry. After a few minutes of hold, I was notified that my concern had been addressed and resolved and given screenshots to prove that the issues had been resolved. The entire communication was smooth, organized, and fruitful.

It was my task to transfer a domain and site from Wix created by a friend. Support helped me all the way, as I had never done this before. Also gave me detailed instructions on setting up a form, although I went with formmail with which I was more familiar. In 13 days (deadline for Wix refund) I was able to create the new site and, with their help, set it up on the server.

Three days ago hostinger randomly suspends with my Business Hosting Plan with 6 websites for phishing. So this has 6 separate websites, when I asked for a detailed report that which site was blocked for phishing and any proof that it was actually doing what it was reported for, the customer support said talk to abuse@ for details and when I tried to contact abuse@ they said talk to customer support.So clearly it's been over 70 hours, my 6 websites are down (I'd have happily accepted the suspension if they would have given any proof and blocked only the domain which was reported after giving proof and showing that my website was on fault). Luckily out of 6 only 2 websites were live and 4 of them were not even launched.So I'd suggest anyone looking for serious business stay away from companies like hostinger they are very unreliable, customer support is terrible and also no phone support. They would lose your data due to some errors and mishandling on their own end and then blame you for phishing or whatever excuse they can come up with.Definitely not recommended.

One of the most disgusting companies out there.8-9 months with them and it was the worst period of my life. Starting a business with hostinger should be the last thing you do. Too many downtimes, lately every other day. When I'm down, my API is down and all my customers pulling data from my API are also down too. It takes forever for them to fix any issue that causing the downtime each time. Mail server works sometimes, sometimes it's not.My company's reputation was damaged caused of them. Lost credibility as my customers lost money during their usual downtimes and "scheduled maintenance" as they call it in the middle of the day (not during the night like 99.9% of hosting providers in this or any other universe). I had to get back online so I bought a cloud server elsewhere and changed my nameservers, after hours of trying to access phpmyadmin to get a backup of my database I put it in the new server and was back online by morning. Then hostinger changed the nameservers back to their baggy system. Taking down my service once more. I had to transfer my domain away from them to salvage what left of my business. Do yourself and your business a favor and stay away from them. Their compliance team ignoring my email for a couple of weeks. I'm preparing for legal action to get a hefty amount for damages.Tell your compliance team that I will spend the rest of my life sharing my story and will tag the CEO to see how amazing job you doing and you causing this sad company additional bad publicity.

The process to verify the Enterprise/Business Email is quite complicated. there aren't clear guides on how to verify the Zone DNS and to verify the email after. even on youtube there aren't clear guides on how verify the DNS and email.

Every time I ask for help they respond PROMPTLY, and in 95% of the time, they are able to resolve the issue before I can figure out what is going on. The only complaint I have is price, BUT, I don't have a BIG problem with price due to the Better then average customer support. Rare to find companies like this.

Simply the worst customer service experience ever. Nothing but gaslighting and lies from the word go. The aim of the game is obvious, take the money and then do anything possible to hang onto it, even when an obvious case for a refund exists.Avoid hostinger like the plague. Forming a relationship with these people will leave you with the business equivalent of an untreatable STD.Now watch below as someone chimes in to say they are sorry that I am having a bad experience and they would like to help. For the record I have 8 emails in my inbox all saying this since I first contact customer support 42 days ago. My problem: I inadvertently renewed a product that I did not want to renew. I requested a refund before the renewal period even came into effect (i.e. I am not even using the product). I have been refused a refund and have been given a wide range of reasons why this is the case, none of which are fair or reasonable. They have even tried deleting an invoice from their system to make my argument look false (we have the screenshots to prove this).Seriously, stay away from hostinger. You do not need this intransigent company with its disingenuous employees in your life at all.
