I CAN'T BELIEVE THE ATROCIOUS SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM hostinger! I purchased their hosting plan and asked them to migrate my site, but what did I get? A non-functional site! They didn't even TEST if the site is working or not before replying to my migration request and saying that migration is complete. And when I tried to reach out to their so-called "support team" EVERY DAY SINCE MARCH 7, they didn't seem to care! They just kept feeding me LIES about the team working on it. What a joke! And when I finally asked for a refund and decided to do the migration myself, I discovered a HUGE MISTAKE by their developer who left a .zip folder on the root with MY CREDENTIALS EXPOSED TO THE WHOLE WORLD! I thought I was dealing with a company who had some basic sense of security, but it turns out they don't care about their clients' privacy or safety.

Whenever I try to update a plugin, I got this error message "Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute." I have previously complained about this error as well, but I haven't get any resolution.

Waited for over 45 minutes before someone bothered to respond on the live chat. This is the same amount of time I had spent without the priority addon. With the priority addon, should have been better but nope. Asked for a supervisor, apparently, supervisors don't work on weekends, so I am wondering who is managing the shift really during the weekends. If something goes wrong, you can't expect their front end support team to be at your disposal to help resolve the issues.04/04/23 - Updating my review based on my recent interaction with their team. They did address most of the issues I had raised, plus I could sense a genuine intent on their part to do all that they can to resolve concerns to my satisfaction, so I am updating the review to reflect the same..

I am deeply frustrated with the service provided by hostinger. The customer support interaction is extremely long although the initial communication can take place fairly quickly, the response and follow-ups take sometimes hours to read and respond to. My main issue relates to the company mentioning that I had 24 hours to comply with an issue with my website however the hosting was suspended within 2 hours - a very premature action. What the company says and what it does are two very different things. Why state 24 hours in the email and then prematurely suspend? Even when I wanted to take a backup, they said I had 24 hours however surprise surprise they suspended it after 10 hours. I have asked customer service to escalate my issue however they don't understand what escalation means. I even proposed a solution which was completely ignored. I feel very unfairly treated and now will be looking elsewhere, I would also tell my contacts not to use hostinger. Very poor customer service and service. I don't write many review but felt compelled to in this incident

My website has been inaccessible for 6 days. The first level support wasted the first 3 days with generic and ineffective approach. No result. Now the line is "our tech team is working on it." 3 days now, no idea what exactly the issue is, no idea when they could finish, no sense of urgency for a business website that has been down for 6 days. Terrible customer service!
