This has been one of my favorite hosting exeperiences. Over the last 10 years I have used about every hosting platform there is. I usually have very unique server needs and as such need a higher quality type of hosting. hostinger provides everything I need and any time I have had a question or issue they have been on top of it right away. I have yet to have any sort of negative experience. The only thing I will note is the email system Titan email has had a lot of issues for me. This may be specific to me but I also have one other admin that runs into email deliver issues. (This however is always solved by clearing the cache inside of Titan). That is literally the only issue I have noticed and it's only a tiny minor thing. hostinger is also investigating it and has been very helpful in trying to discover the cause of it. There is literally no complaint that could be made about this company in my eyes. Thank you for the incredible support and awesome server plans!

Signed up for a four-year deal and was a very costly mistake. The hosting solution is not up to what the marketing claimed it to be, and I've had to move elsewhere, with three and a half years to go! Can't seem to get any kind of refund.

Excellent service! No question is "dumb" to them. They answer their chat quickly and take the time to help you. They are also very friendly which makes it even better! Kasparas, my Support Agent, was the last person to help me and his insight to a problem (that was my fault) was spot on.

One of the best hosting provider companies is hostinger which I am using for my website shopalian.com. I like all support teams whenever I get a problem I go to their support chat box and explain it. Then they come up with a solution. Although in rare cases sometimes I don't get a solution to my trouble I tried another supporter next time and they can solve my problem well but it happens only in rare cases such as I knocked 100 times 98 times I got the solution as fast as possible.

I have been a loyal customer for several years and have utilized their services for multiple clients. However, the recent incident I encountered has left me frustrated and disappointed with their lack of customer support and refusal to issue a refund.The problem began when I mistakenly made a double payment for a domain renewal. Upon realizing my error, I immediately contacted their customer support team to rectify the situation and request a refund for one of the payments. I provided all the necessary details and explained the issue clearly, expecting a prompt resolution.To my dismay, the response from hostinger's customer support was shockingly unhelpful. They were dismissive and uncooperative, showing no empathy towards a long-term customer who made an honest mistake. Despite explaining my situation repeatedly, they refused to acknowledge their responsibility and simply stated that refunds were not possible.As a professional using their hosting services for my clients, I rely on their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. However, their unwillingness to rectify a genuine mistake on my part raises serious concerns about their ethical business practices. It is unacceptable for a reputable hosting provider to prioritize profit over customer support and refuse to refund an overpayment that was clearly unintentional.Furthermore, their lack of communication and transparency throughout this process has only added to my frustration. It is incredibly disappointing to experience such a poor level of service after years of being a loyal customer. don't be fooled by their cheap pricing, I bought the Business plan, they limit the data transfer I/O (KB/s) to 1 MB/S although they provide NVMe storage which will be useless because they limit the transfer rate between it and the ram of the server, can't even edit a simple word press page without getting Error 500 every few seconds. and they don't mention it in the details of their packages comparison, have to go to the details packages tables at the end of the hosting offers page to find where they mention that limitation. if you will host a static page it will be ok, but if you will host any dynamic content 1024KB I/O limit will never work for you even if you don't have any traffic. they just want to push you to buy a higher cloud or VPS package which has a slightly higher performance to keep pushing you to upgrade.
