One of the customer service reps stayed on the chat with me for over an hour while I asked various questions about restoring my files from hostinger or Dropbox. She was a wonderful rep, very patient and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions completely. Happily, I decided to use hostingers backup files cause my UpdraftPlus plugin didn't work. It may have been my fault but I was a bit panicked when I didn't think I could restore any version of my old website. Thankfully, AJ held my hand (figuratively) until my website was back to before I made my mistake. They uptime percentage is great too. The uptime percentage, price and YouTube creators recommendation is the reason why I chose hostinger but after all my customer service help and especially today's with AJ, I cannot be happier with hostinger. Grateful customer

Poor customer service, either they let you wait for hours to then close the chat after 1min wait or they never allow you to get through at all, often welcomed by bad attitude from the other side too. Wouldn't recommend.

Recently renewed my websites & I can't use them. I can't migrate and access WordPress. Every time I contact support through which is horrible by the way, they tell me that they escalated my issue with the highest priority. This issue has been ongoing for more than a week. I asked for a refund and one of the customer service agents told me they don't give refunds. This is a huge issue. I'm not getting what I paid for. When someone pay for a service, they're supposed to get what they pay for. This is unacceptable. I did not get what I paid for. As far as I'm concerned, this is a scam, fraud and stealing. Their website isn't even working properly. I most likely would be moving to another provider & contacting other places as well. I recently paid $187.87 and can't use my websites or get the service I paid for

In general, I have always had great customer service at a good price, which has made me use hostinger services for years. In my case, in the way I pivoted in my career, I didn't use hosting so much, as my need was more for VPS than shared hostings, and for that, I prefer to go to cloud services.But as shared hosting is good, I use it for small PHP sites, static file storage, and personal and client emails.One bad thing is that the prices at the beginning are some and then when renewing they add a surcharge.
