Never seen such a crappy hoster. Talks about that it takes 4 days to transfer the domain from hostinger.de to hostinger.com. After these 4 days it is still not possible and the support plays dumb and suddenly knows nothing about it and "forwards it" (that nothing will come out of it, I probably don't need to mention).

I moved from Godaddy to hostinger about a year ago. I have been doing some work for friends' websites and have shared my experience with them and helped them move to hostinger as well. Anytime I have used the chat to talk with the help they have always been on point and helped me get to the issue immediately. I changed my supplier for 5 ir 10€ difference to hostinger and that was a big mistake. if you want to have a domain and mail supplier to pay every year and forget about them, you don`t get it in here, cause they will not back up your emails and there would be some errors every other month and you will curse that day, when you changed your current supplier to hostinger. people in there and support are perfect, but service - terrible. can`t recommend them

Dear fellow consumers,I want to share my recent horrendous experience with hostinger.com in the hope that it will help you make a well-informed decision before considering their services. My interaction with hostinger.com has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I believe it's my responsibility to alert others about their deceptive practices.I had a domain transfer that turned into an absolute debacle, costing me not just valuable time and energy but also a significant amount of money. It all began with order/invoice number HCY-1517813 when I decided to transfer my domain to IONOS. However, before the transfer could happen, hostinger forced me to pay for the expiring domain, claiming that it was part of their policy. Thinking that this was a one-time expense, I complied.To my utter shock and disbelief, once my domain was transferred to IONOS, I was forced to pay for the domain yet again! This double charge was both unexpected and infuriating. Not only did I lose out on my hard-earned money, but I also had to go through the hassle of initiating disputes with my bank, fighting with hostinger's unhelpful customer service team, and wasting countless hours of my precious time.The most frustrating part was dealing with hostinger's customer service team, which consistently denied any responsibility for their actions. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction and explaining the unjust charges, they were reluctant to offer any refund or even an apology for their misleading practices. This level of indifference and lack of accountability from a service provider is completely unacceptable.To make matters worse, I recently discovered that I was billed for hosting services that I never even used. Invoice number HIT38354739 is a glaring example of their unfair billing practices, where they charged me for a service I had no intention of utilizing. It's clear that hostinger values profits over customer satisfaction, as they have no qualms about charging for services that go unused.In conclusion, my experience with hostinger.com has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their deceptive practices, unjustified charges, and unhelpful customer service have left me frustrated and deeply disappointed.
