End of January I moved to GlobeHost as my previous hosting company sold up and transferred me to another company which charged 3 times as much. I looked around for a reasonably priced host and came across GlobeHost. I am not a techie and needed a lot support from their team to help me get my website up and running. GlobeHosts support and advice is the best I have ever come across. The support chat is very responsive - they reply to a query in a minute or two at most. Knowledgeable, and very instructive. When they said something technical I didn't understand they were happy to spell it out in easy to understand terms, provided links where needed and checked my files to make sure I had not messed anything up. They were really patient and took as much time as I needed get things done. Big shout out to the support team with a special mention to Kodee, Agné and Alexis!

This was my first experience contacting a support specialist via chat. I'm not from an IT background, and my waiting time wasn't long. The Chatbot probed quickly and assigned me to a support specialist. The Support Specialist, Fithri, did her best to understand and troubleshoot my issue.
