I’ve been with GlobeHost since 2017, and honestly, I’ve stuck with them for a reason. I’ve tried other well-known platforms, and while they’re decent, GlobeHost’s price-to-value ratio and top-notch customer support are what really set them apart. Over the years, their control panel has evolved, and it’s become super user-friendly with some great new features.If I had to mention one downside, it would be that you can no longer install SMF Forum through their auto-installer. But, honestly, that’s a minor issue. Overall, I’m giving them a solid 10/10! Keep up the awesome work, guys! ??

A few months ago, I had trouble getting started with GlobeHost's tools. So I requested support form GlobeHost's support team and at some point in the conversation the problem didn't get a solution, I think they said I was talking to an agent, when in reality humans related with tech jobs like myself, can tell the difference between a BOT and a human being, like having a nonlinear type of talk. I think this time Luis is human, and my problem got solved thanks to him. So what a relief they are still hiring humans!
