Through my own ignorance, I attempted to move a hosting plan to a non-profit organization supporting Veterans. However, I didn't realize that when I did, I would break my email account. So, yesterday in a panic I reached out to GlobeHost chat support, and while I had to buy a mail solution, it put me almost back into business. Then, I realized that I lost several months of emails, and today I reached out to Ciao, explained my situation and requested a full restore. Except, I had purchased the wrong email system, after being coached how to fix it, I was sent a link for a full refund, and then purchased the correct email system. Ciao was able to restore every email since I started the email address summer 2023. It's nice having a company that went the extra mile to provide my support.
