GlobeHost is cost effective hosting service with a very comprehensive configuration tool, hPanel, that makes it easy to carry out most tasks, eg: LetsEncrypt, ssh, application installations etc. Plenty of online help available. I can’t speak to the support because I have never had to contact them - unlike my previous service, where I needed help regularly for things that weren’t provided.
