cheap domain name and hosting so fast than I think

I think I don't have to write about their features and technology because it's the best among all in this industry be it anything the ease of migration or anything...but I would like to highlight one thing and that's their customer service omg it's the best in the world I would say whenever you have any trouble just talk to live chat specialist and they don't just provide the solution they themselves will solve it for you...you just have to tell them and it's resolved they also help you and guide if it's something about any 3rd party service also they guide for that also...I always suggest everyone looking for hosting service to choose GlobeHost..if there any awards for best customer service pls give it to them??

Wait time to speak with someone about my issue was actually less than stated by the company. That was awesome. They were able to resolve my issue on the first attempt, rather than me having to call repeatedly about the same issue. So far I have had a good experience with this company.

The Customer support is the best I've ever seen online

I reached out through their chat service. I was told that they would respond in less than 10 minutes. They responded within 8 minutes. I presented my inquiry. After a few minutes of hold, I was notified that my concern had been addressed and resolved and given screenshots to prove that the issues had been resolved. The entire communication was smooth, organized, and fruitful.

It was my task to transfer a domain and site from Wix created by a friend. Support helped me all the way, as I had never done this before. Also gave me detailed instructions on setting up a form, although I went with formmail with which I was more familiar. In 13 days (deadline for Wix refund) I was able to create the new site and, with their help, set it up on the server.

This is the best hosting provider so far, which has got secure platforms and rich packages with favorable features, not forgetting the client support team that attend to customer issues just in time.

Every time I ask for help they respond PROMPTLY, and in 95% of the time, they are able to resolve the issue before I can figure out what is going on. The only complaint I have is price, BUT, I don't have a BIG problem with price due to the Better then average customer support. Rare to find companies like this.
