Great company - lightning fast servers, plenty of disk space, customer service is awesome. Real peopl,e not just chatbots you find on other less usable services such as hostgator. Only a couple of weeks in so far, but really can't find anything to fault!

My experience was so amazing, very easy to get the files uploaded using the file manager, and the GlobeHost team is very amazing and available to assist you fix any issues that may affect the site from running. They understand code, they get into it to advise necessary changes. I would recommend GlobeHost with 9 on a scale of 1 to 10. It was so amazing.

GlobeHost doesn't mess around with support tickets waiting days for answers, instead an AI assistant immediately provides answers or links to answers, then, failing that connects you to real person who has been briefed on the issue and is able to provide immediate assistance, in my case I needed to transfer an existing site onto a new domain name, it wasn't immediately obvious if this was possible, and certainly in the bad old days transferring to a new domain was an involved and sometimes costly process, with GlobeHost the transfer took about an hour, and after a quick SEO check boxes ticked off your good to move on to the next project. A little more on this; my own personal website is iainmackay.com, I built this site entirely with the GlobeHost AI builder (probably an evenings work), applied the SEO steps, and use google console to tell google your site exists, that was a month ago and now my site is ranking on page one of google for a "Iain Mackay" search. Now there are a lot of famous Iain Mackays, and the Mackay clan is a famous and widely spread lineage, yet simply building the site and generating content with AI then checking off the SEO steps has my site receiving organic traffic possibly one of whom will be motivated to buy it for themselves.

This experience was great thanks to the fast reply, the care of the team on solving my issue and also exaplaining every little question i had.

I needed help beyond a chatbot, and the chat support person who came on my chat was great -- helpful, and took time to actually listen and troubleshoot my issue, sent me instructions and when I expressed confusion or frustration he offered to help me more.
