The hosting service I was familiar with three years ago has undergone significant changes in terms of performance and support services. When I reach out to the support team regarding speed and loading issues, they often attribute the problem to the website's structure rather than the server. While I understand that website structure plays a crucial role in speed, some factors like initial server response time are beyond our control as developers.This isn't related to the hosting plan I'm using, as I've tried Business Pro, Wordpress Pro, and Cloud Startup plans. Despite these challenges, I'm still giving GlobeHost a 5-star review because of the significant improvements I've witnessed since 2019. I want to emphasize that to stay competitive in the hosting game, further attention to server performance is essential.
