At first, because I was used to a different type of admin panel, I couldn't figure out how to configure my site. I contacted Support and they were very patient and kind until they solved my problem.Compared to other admins, such as cPanel, GlobeHost's (hPanel) is a bit confusing. However, everything works as expected.

Host services keeps on changing from time to time to give users a better performance. So For those that need uninterrupted host services that which they can use for their small and large business, you should think about stick to GlobeHost. We have been there for years with 0 complains.

fast , good host and has good customer support

Well I thought that on Saturday evening at 9 pm I will be alone to solve pretty big issue. I was wrong. I got help from Raya. But not only that she helped me solve problem She reply fast. I thought she is Ai but she was just human that was ready for my problem. She knew how to solve it plus she has kind of system that she just copy and paste solution. Really mind blowing. Good job Raya. Good job GlobeHost for your support.

I have several servers and GlobeHost in my view cannot make things easier for me. They could be a little more generous but I believe most of the time, you get what you pay for.

As we worked through my issue Joao made sure he fully understood my concern. When I did not understand how to fix it he took the time to go review himself and see what I was seeing. It was actually my error by not setting up the blocks correctly. He told me how to fix it and how to prevent the issue in the future.
