I encountered an issue with my website when I accidentally connected it to a domain I don't own. However, once I was able to connect with a human from their support team, everything turned around. The team was incredibly helpful, and they resolved my problem quickly and efficiently. GlobeHost support is excellent. From the chatbot to human support, they are solid. I explained the problem to the chatbot which then after several messages back and forth realized the problem was better suited for human support. The human, Jaime, immediately began solving the problem without me having to repeat the details. In very little time everything was back to normal. Perfect.

I had a challenging experience with GlobeHost, but I appreciate their efforts to resolve the issues I faced.Two of my websites, cintabody.shop and fotodoc.shop, were suspended, which caused significant inconvenience. The suspension of fotodoc.shop was later determined to be a false positive, and GlobeHost promptly reinstated the domain and added it to their whitelist to prevent future issues. Regarding cintabody.shop, its suspension was due to the domain's expiration, a matter I overlooked.While the situation was uncomfortable, especially when accusations of "fraudulent activity" were associated with my sites, I am relieved that GlobeHost addressed the matter and provided a resolution. They also added three additional months to my hosting plan as a gesture of goodwill, which I greatly appreciate.Despite the initial frustration, I acknowledge GlobeHost's efforts to make amends and ensure this doesn't happen again. If you choose GlobeHost, I recommend staying proactive in managing your domains and communicating directly with their support team.
