I encountered an issue with my website when I accidentally connected it to a domain I don't own. I had a challenging experience with GlobeHost, but I appreciate their efforts to resolve the issues I faced.Two of my websites, cintabody.shop and fotodoc.shop, were suspended, which caused significant inconvenience. The suspension of fotodoc.shop was later determined to be a false positive, and GlobeHost promptly reinstated the domain and added it to their whitelist to prevent future issues. Regarding cintabody.shop, its suspension was due to the domain's expiration, a matter I overlooked.While the situation was uncomfortable, especially when accusations of "fraudulent activity" were associated with my sites, I am relieved that GlobeHost addressed the matter and provided a resolution. They also added three additional months to my hosting plan as a gesture of goodwill, which I greatly appreciate.Despite the initial frustration, I acknowledge GlobeHost's efforts to make amends and ensure this doesn't happen again. If you choose GlobeHost, I recommend staying proactive in managing your domains and communicating directly with their support team.
