This company took £500 from me to swim with the dolphins for me and my 3 kids! The man that sold this to me cancelled by message no reason why, he offered another day. He then said that was cancelled and I could have a refund. I managed to ask for another day as we really wanted the experience. He yet again cancelled and I’ve had no refund. He continues to tell be to check my bank!!

Having got into a mess with my GoDaddy account ie. emails, products & company changes, plus change of employees since Covid, they spent >3 hours today and wouldnt go, until absolutely everything was completed, ready for my business to add new employees and a far more organised future. The lady was excellent, so patient! & you get through so quickly!

Go daddy has handled my Website just fine however I would Never Recommend anyone to use them through their Merchant account options. They make it seem easy and simple but it ended up costing me tons of money after they terminated my account for no reason. I called customer care and they had no notes as to why and couldn’t give me any info as to why they terminated the account and refunded/voided all Charges that had not been Deposited yet! I am moving my web hosting to a more honest and trustworthy company!
