Godaddy Conversations App is a inefficient and very laim platform. It looks like it was built by amateurs. I am so surprised at the engineering team at Godaddy for launching this app.To make matters worse I find it hard to believe that no one at Godaddy is listening to their clients.How far is Godaddy willing to go before their income revenue numbers start to reflect a decline and are forced to reduce their employment staff numbers.

Setting up my domain, email accounts was great experience because of the real tech support. Web interface was very easy to understand and use.

Travelling abroad and away from my desk, i was able to adjust my accounts with a very short professional call.

GoDaddy reps are always very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Customer service is stellar.

Customer service was awesome. There is a wait, but it was worth. Even though the customer service agent, Angelica had a bit of tech issues herself, she actually took the time to listen, research and then walk me through the solution. Then she noticed that I hadn't set something else up and then walked me through getting that done too.
