He went above and beyond to assist me and said I didn't need to go to the Host to resolve the issue with my Microsoft files. GoDaddy has had the absolute best customer service and has helped me along the way. I highly recomend them over their competitors. The representative I worked with deserves a raise and to be recognized for his amazing work!

My call was answered very quickly, the agent was careful to authenticate my account and solved my problem with a minimum of effort on my part. GoDaddy has been hosting my web sites for quite a while and is so much easier to navigate than some other systems I've used in the past.

Good phone support. The chat isn't as good as the phone, but being able to actually reach your hosting service by phone is huge.
