NEVER EVER EVER buy a domain from GoDaddy. They sell you insurance, but don't protect your domain and when then I could never access it and then they tell me its not my fault, but I can't have my money back!?!?!?I am astounded how horrible my experience was with your company. I could never imagine that you would sell me a domain AND INSURANCE and then let someone else set up a tenant on my domain. Then to make matters worse, you continually told me it wasn't my fault. I spent HOURS AND HOURS on the phone with godaddy telling me it wasn't my fault. Hours with Microsoft telling me it's not my fault. I even made microsoft and godaddy get on the phone TOGETHER. None of this was my fault. I was out hundreds of dollars and finally gave up after 4 months of misery and lost money and literally had to get a new domain and change my COMPANY NAME. And you have the audacity to tell me I can't get a refund because once I finally gave up all hope and SHUT DOWN my company name to start a new one, you told me it's too late?!?!?! Shame on you!

It is refreshing to have a service representative that can resolve obstacles without self help options or stay on the phone pressing buttons only never to speak with a live agent. It has been a great experience so far.
