Amazing customer service

I needed help and customer service got me through.

Completely fraudulent activity by these chancers - had my domain on auto renewal, it failed to renew for some reason 20 days before the expiry date and when I went in to manually renew they added a £70 redemption fee.Despite being on time, they refused to remove the fee, and then refused to give me a transfer authorisation, despite me being the owner of the domain and having no outstanding invoices.Steer clear, buyer beware.

I was pissed that Go Daddy did not notify me that my domain name was up for renewal and was now up for auction! I contacted customer service at Go Daddy and talked with Jaycee Ann who spent A LOT of time on the phone trying to retrieve my domain name out of auction. In my opinion she went over the top in customer service and deserves 5 stars.
