I have used used GoDaddy since 1998. I had no complaints. But in the last couple of years the service is horrible! Can't understand what Representative is saying. Long wait time when calling in. The so called Chat sucks. Emails are being held hostage if you want to downgrade. Stay away from these people.

I had a major problem accessing current emails on my computer and was able to contact GoDaddy and learn how to find my emails on the GoDaddy server. What a relief!

I'm extremely frustrated with this company. I've been trying for weeks to get a refund for a mistakenly added product. Contacting them is nearly impossible—no response to emails, and their chat feature doesn’t work. I’ve called three times, waiting over 30 minutes each time, only to be put on hold for 40 minutes with no resolution. They promised to follow up but never did. Avoid this company—it's a total joke!

In several moments of madness I had created a professional email (which is free with Go Daddy as oppose to an Microsoft 365 Outlook email. Naturally my free email was pointing to my domain and i had a complete separate email created for Outlook which was meant to point to my domain. In a nutshell, Sebastien understood the issue before I had finished explaining. He explained he would have to delete both accounts and to save any important emails. He then created my Outlook email with my domain name so effortlessly.

Incompetent shysters!Trying to move my domain away as it's up for renewal. Everything moved away 18 months ago, but the domain registration was left behind as it was paid up. Can't transfer now as the domain is simultaneously expired AND doesn't expire for several weeks - which is the anniversary of the date I registered it. Level 1 support hasn't seen anything like it, don't know what to do, and have reported to Level 2...who will take up to 5 business days to get back to me. Suggestion in the meantime? Just pay it, and then transfer it out anyway. But why would I reward poor performance with more of my money?I left because of this sort of incompetence, and i'm no more impressed now. At one stage, I had two different logins for the same account because sometimes one worked, sometimes the other did, no one really knew why and why would they bother sorting it out when they could just sort me out a totally different login but leave both active?

My experience with Godaddy Customer Support has always been very positive. First of all, I value promptness and Godaddy Support always responds promptly. If they are not available, their auto-system is extremely well designed and inform you of "wait" options.Their agents are respectful, courteous, pleasant and very well trained to solve problems. The key is to me is that they are local to the United States (not in a land across water!!!). I highly recommend Godaddy.
