I registered a domain and hosting, but had a little question. Turned out that I made a completely wrong choice in the package I selected. The representative was extremely friendly, patient and clearly had my best interest in mind. Together with me he made sure I now have the perfect solution. I am very pleasantly surprised! The technical services are great, fast and reliable.

If I could give zero stars I would. 1) why the hell am I paying so much but don’t have the option to change my domain if the new one is available? 2) my email doesn’t even work thanks GoDaddy and 3) 5 days to get a refund is stupid you’re a trash company and I hope you go out of business.

their website does not function well at all! I pay for something and I still get popup windows telling me the product will expire.I am building a website and want the premium service. But the free trial will not end until it expires. Then I can pay for the premium and build the site with the premium features.GoDaddy is very frustrating..

the guys at GD know what they are doing, its that simple. I will continue to use GD for all my compines like I have over the last 15 years because they know how to get things done, fixed, set up whatever you need

I worked really hard to resolve the problem on my own. My GoDaddy rep helped me figure it out in a couple of minutes. I'm so appreciative that for the 20 years I've been working with GD, I've always been able to speak to a live support staff, and they have always been responsive and courteous. Today's rep made it so easy for me.

Their technical and customer support is bar none the best technical support out there. Not even close to anyone else. You can actually speak to a live person quickly! They walk you through everything and explain things properly so you know how to do it next time on your own. They are the best!

I had a very unique issue where i did something that prevented the customers shopping cart from appearing in my shop. I got on the phone and within 3 minutes, Shawn answered and took the time to understand the very odd issue i was having. He took time to resolve it and also recommended a change in my account to actually save me money! Such a great guy and I am so happy with how seamless my website to storefront is.
