First and foremost I didn't have to go through prompt after prompt to speak with a representative... and one from America....my representative Nido was definately on the "A-Team"... very knowledgeable and able to locate and solve my issue quickly and with a flare of humor also... On top of that is was a Sunday... but GoDaddy was up and armed to service their client base.. can't say enough good things.....Terry

I was suddenly having trouble accessing my account and needed to do a password reset. Normally, this is a simple process, but I was having an issue with my browser functioning properly. Even though I’m a retired computer professional, I was unable to resolve the issue myself. This was my first call to customer service and the representative handled the situation perfectly.She was professional, efficient, and not only resolved the issues with the reset, but also helped me with my browser issue. I couldn’t have asked for a better interaction and result.

Your time isn't wasted, trying to explain your issue to a frontline call screener who is dumbly following a conversation decision-tree. Today’s challenge successfully resolved! When I had received an email there had been charges that I hadn’t anticipated! I called, and Riley was the most competent problem solver with an excellent attitude which was by evidenced his willingness to find ideal solutions for by making it happen in a timely and effective manner!
