Just to be clear, I did not write the review below. It was written by the godaddy employee who took my call. He did do a very good job, but then decided to take it upon himself to hack his way into my trustpilot account and write a review for himself which Godaddy have then decided to reply to. It's quite shocking that they have done this and I'm actually furious that they have. I've left the review as it was written by the employee: I wanted to take a moment to commend you on the excellent job you did in resolving the recent email issue. Your attention to detail, prompt response, and effective communication made a significant difference.Your ability to navigate the situation and provide a clear solution not only resolved the problem but also ensured that all parties felt informed and valued. GoDaddy are selling Outlook 365 through themselves at a discount, however the Outlook they sell don't have the proper Outlook Exchange admin platform and it is all locked down making it extremely difficult to use. We had leaver and we can't transfer their licence into another member of staff, we can only create a new user. We wish to change our domain as well and we are not able to transfer the licences to another domain.They claim they are selling cheaper licences than Microsoft but what they sell is a locked down dumbed down version. It's not fit for purpose and FALSE advertising.

When I realized I wasn't getting incoming emails and my account had been locked by Microsoft 365, I finally called Godaddy support, and within 5 minutes Christopher answered. I felt frantic and he immediately told me all would be well and that he could fix the issue. After troubleshooting he fixed the issue(s) and was helpful with a few other things. He was very competent, professional and caring. I felt extremely grateful and relieved during and after our call. I would highly recommend Godaddy based on this experience.

I requested a refund as the cookie banner is not compliant! There needs to be an “accept” “decline” & “preferences” but there is only accept and decline. I contacted customer service and they said they can’t do anything about the banner. When I requested the refund it says 7-10 working days but they responded after 18 working days and the response was just declined and refer to their legal policy. After I called again they said to make another request and they can’t do anything but that. DO NOT USE GODADDY! After this I have used a Wordpress website which has so much more freedom!
