They stole mine domain for no reason. When trying to renew, it came back with the message “we can't renew the domain” and that's it. Now it belongs to them

GoDaddy was a fantastic company that i have used for many years. Customer service was excellent, calls answered, the staff were the most helpful and knowledgeable to solve any problems you had. However, over the last couple of years things have changed notably, there are constant problems with the service. GoDaddy do not honour services that they have sold to you, you can never get through to anyone to help you and the simply cant solve any problems and you just get ignored. Having had a problem with email archive for 5 months i have called repeatedly to get this solved, after waiting an hour each time to be told that a specialist will have to call me back in 72h and not once has this happened. i have now had to pay for extra accounts for 6 months while this remains unsolved.

Their people are usually nice and helpful in the chat but the website builder is terrible, impossible to customize or make any adjustments that fit with my brand. They do not get back to you although they say they will reply within 7-10 business days.

Be very aware of searching domains in Godaddy! So I am setting up a business and access godaddy to search for my domain .com and it was available. Unfortunately I was distracted and didn't proceed with purchasing immediately. The next day I came to find my domain was already unavailable and when I input my domain on the search engine, it prompts to godaddy domain broker service where they will "help" me contact the owner of the domain and negotiate in my behalf. This service is £97, plus whatever the owner of the domain will ask for. Why is the GoDaddy page prompted when I input my domain if not because they them selves bought it and now they want me to pay for it. When looking in to it, they do this, it is a thing. They may ask £500 to 5kwhat a terrible, nasty way of making money. I would never do business with a company that literally kidnaps domains.Their reply to my review is absolute bs they are know to do this, anyone can research for this practice and how they are know for doing it. The domain was available a day before and it was quite a unique domain.

My daughter and I stayed overnight in the Cowboy Motel in Camp Wood, Tx. It was as nice as any inn I have stayed--Very clean, delightful decor, every amenity including coffeepot, refrigerator, and microwave. Price was also reasonale! The clerk was so nice to bring an extra blanket on request.
